packaging 2, 2022

For all my paintings, including this selection of painted packages, I use acrylic paint. I seem to have a penchant for cardboard packaging boxes like these because the material has a nice saturation. The third dimension of the packaging forms an exciting challenge since the shapes on each side of a box must match or have to be entirely different to create contrast.
